Ms.Nair resisted the present application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\n\theard learned senior counsel Mr.Lakhani for the applicant and<br \/>\n\tlearned APP Ms. Nair for the State and having considered the nature<br \/>\n\tof offence, role attributed to the applicant and the manner in which<br \/>\n\talleged offence is said to have been committed, present application<br \/>\n\tdeserves to be allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\n\tpresent application stands allowed. The applicant is ordered to be<br \/>\n\treleased on regular bail in connection with I-C.R.No.110\/2010 at<br \/>\n\tDiyodar Police Station on his executing a bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\n\tFive Thousand Only) with one solvent surety of the like amount to<br \/>\n\tthe satisfaction of the lower Court and subject to the conditions<br \/>\n\tthat he shall:\n<\/p>\n<p>(a)\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty.\n<\/p>\n<p>(b)\tnot<br \/>\nto try to tamper or pressurize the prosecution witnesses or<br \/>\ncomplainant in any manner.\n<\/p>\n<p>(c)\tnot<br \/>\nact in any manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>(d)\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order and should cooperate the investigating officers.\n<\/p>\n<p>(e)\tmark<br \/>\nhis presence before concerned Police Station on 1st Monday<br \/>\nof every month of English Calender between 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.\n<\/p>\n<p>(f)\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of his residence to the Investigating Officer and also to<br \/>\nthe Court at the time of execution of the bond and shall not change<br \/>\nhis residence without prior permission of the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>(g)\tsurrender<br \/>\nhis passport, if any, to the lower Court, within a week.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIf<br \/>\n\tbreach of any of the above conditions is committed, the concerned<br \/>\n\tSessions Judge will be free to issue warrant or take appropriate<br \/>\n\taction in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tBail<br \/>\n\tbefore the lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case. It would<br \/>\n\tbe open to the trial Court concerned to give time to furnish the<br \/>\n\tsolvency certificate if prayed for.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\n\tis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
