      The petitioner is a UPSA working in the A.U.P.School,<\/p>\n
Nellissery, Malappuram. She claims approval of her appointment as<\/p>\n
UPSA on the basis of Ext.P1 order. She also claims arrears of salary<\/p>\n
for the period from 11.2.2005 to 13.7.2007.                             Though she has<\/p>\n
submitted Ext.P9 before the first respondent, her complaint is that<\/p>\n
no orders have been passed thereon till date.<\/p>\n
      2. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of directing the<\/p>\n
first respondent to consider Ext.P9 in accordance with law and to<\/p>\n
pass orders thereon as expeditiously as possible and at any rate<\/p>\n
within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n
of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this writ<\/p>\n
petition along with a copy of this judgment before the authority for<\/p>\n
compliance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
