Modi for the applicants and learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate Ms.Lilu K. Bhaya for the opponents.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate Mr.Hiren Modi states that the present Civil Application has<br \/>\n\tbeen filed in First Appeal No.284 of 2000 and in the year 2000,<br \/>\n\tamount of Rs.6,03,467\/- had been deposited by the<br \/>\n\tAppellant-Insurance Company and pursuant to order dated 30.08.2001,<br \/>\n\tpassed in Civil Application No.2626 of 2000, amount referred above<br \/>\n\twas directed to be deposited in the FDR with Nationalized Bank in<br \/>\n\tthe name of Registrar.
