Advocate for the State.\n      Shri Agrawal prays for short time to place document on\nrecord certifying that Annexure P\/3 was ported on Website on\n9.5.2011. Apart from this, it was published in the newspaper\nimmediately thereafter. For this pupose, we adjourn hearing of\nthis petition for a week.\n      Shri Rajendra Tiwari, the learned Senior Advocate,\nappearing for the petitioner submitted that counseling for NRI\nseat for admission in M.B.B.S. Courses is commencing from\ntoday and the petitioner be permitted to participate in the said\ncounseling on her own risk and cost.\n      Though the prayer is opposed by Shri Agrawal, but\nconsidering peculiar facts of the case that the petitioner was\npermitted by the respondents to appear in the examination as an<\/pre>\n<p>NRI candidate, we direct the respondents to allow the petitioner<br \/>\nto participate in the counseling from 3rd August, 2011, subject to<br \/>\nfurther orders in this petition.
