Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri M.C.Madhavan<\/p>\n<p>and standing counsel for Kerala Water Authority, Smt.S.Ambika<\/p>\n<p>Devi. Petitioner has a case that he is not a defaulter and there<\/p>\n<p>was no notice obviously after disconnection and there is violation<\/p>\n<p>of principles of natural justice.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. The Chief Engineer, Kerala Water Authority, Ernakulam is<\/p>\n<p>impleaded as additional 6th respondent. Smt.S.Ambika Devi<\/p>\n<p>appears for additional 6th respondent.<\/p>\n<p>      4.   Learned standing counsel would submit that             if the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner represents before the Chief Engineer, Kerala Water<\/p>\n<p>Authority, Ernakulam, claiming the benefit of One Time<\/p>\n<p>Settlement Scheme, the same will be considered. In such<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, writ petition is disposed of as follows.<\/p>\n<p>      5. If the petitioner moves the additional 6th respondent<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WP(C) 26770\/07                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>claiming the benefit of One Time Settlement Scheme, the<\/p>\n<p>additional 6th respondent will consider the same and take a<\/p>\n<p>decision and communicate the same to the petitioner, within one<\/p>\n<p>month of the petitioner representing the matter before additional<\/p>\n<p>6th respondent.
