Raval, learned APP waives notice of Rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npresent application has been submitted by the applicant-convict for<br \/>\nreleasing him on temporary bail on the ground of treatment of his<br \/>\nwife who is suffering from psychic disease.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMedical<br \/>\ncertificate has been produced and it also appears from the jail<br \/>\nreport that earlier he was released and he has surrendered in time.<br \/>\nIt appears that last, the convict was released on furlough in<br \/>\nDecember, 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHence,<br \/>\nconsidering the facts and circumstances, the convict be released on<br \/>\ntemporary bail for a period of 2[Two] weeks from the date of actual<br \/>\nrelease on furnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000\/- [Rupees Five<br \/>\nThousand only] with the further direction that on expiry of the<br \/>\nperiod, he shall surrender to the jail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplication is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
