NO. 18863 OF 2008\n            = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n         Dated this the 7th day of July, 2008.\n\n                      J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The writ petitioner has been knocking at the doors of<\/p>\n<p>this Court so often to recover the entitlement amount for the<\/p>\n<p>property that has been acquired.      Ultimately after a long<\/p>\n<p>drawn process and at last on the initiation of a contempt<\/p>\n<p>case on 17th October, 2007 a draft for Rs.83,88,074\/- was<\/p>\n<p>handed over.      The contempt case was closed without<\/p>\n<p>prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to recover the<\/p>\n<p>balance, if any, in accordance with law. Thereafter, the writ<\/p>\n<p>petitioner moved Ext.P3 before the authorities showing the<\/p>\n<p>balance amount as Rs.7,17,444\/-. He has also produced a<\/p>\n<p>letter Ext.P3(a) for taking steps for disbursement of the said<\/p>\n<p>amount.    A remainder was again issued on 6.5.08.        It is<\/p>\n<p>thereafter this writ petition is filed.     I direct the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent in the original petition to consider the letter and<\/p>\n<p>remainder sent by the writ petitioner within a period of one<\/p>\n<p>month from today and if any balance amount is due to him it<\/p>\n<p>W.P.C. 18863 OF 2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>be paid on the expiry of three weeks from that date. If the<\/p>\n<p>payment is not made the writ petitioner is at liberty to<\/p>\n<p>approach this Court for further directions. I earnestly hope<\/p>\n<p>and feel that the Government Pleader will give necessary<\/p>\n<p>instructions to the concerned authorities for having a proper<\/p>\n<p>decision in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>                            M.N.
