02     10.02.2011                     The petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2009 in relation<\/p>\n
                       to Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.294 of 2009 registered under Section-<\/p>\n
                       120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with 3\/4\/9 of the Official Secrets<\/p>\n
                       Act, 1923.\n<\/p>\n
                                      It is alleged that one Sudhanshu Sudhakar, who is<\/p>\n
                       dismissed sepoy of Indian Army, was arrested at the Rajendra Nagar<\/p>\n
                       over bridge at Patna on allegation of supplying sensitive secret<\/p>\n
                       information about deployment of armed forces to a Pakistani.             It<\/p>\n
                       appears that the petitioner was one of the sources who used to supply<\/p>\n
                       information to the said Sudhanshu Sudhakar.          The petitioner was<\/p>\n
                       posted at Pokharan (Rajastahan) in the Indian Army.<\/p>\n
                                      From the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it is clear<\/p>\n
                       that there are materials to connect the petitioner including the alleged<\/p>\n
                       confessional statement of the petitioner itself.<\/p>\n
                                      In view of the seriousness of the matter, I am not<\/p>\n
                       inclined to entertain this application. It is, accordingly, dismissed.<\/p>\n
