Chuman Sah, son of Chhathu Sah\n     All are resident of village Mahesara Tola malahi, P.S. -\n     Goplapur, District - West Champaran.\n                                            ------ Petitioners.\n                               Versus\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR                        ----- Opposite Party\n                              -------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   02.11.2010            Heard     learned       counsel      for     the       six<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners       and     learned      Additional         Public<\/p>\n<p>                   Prosecutor      for    the     State   who    is    armed     with<\/p>\n<p>                   carbon copy of the case diary up to paragraph<\/p>\n<p>                   19 dated 19.08.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Petitioners      are    named     accused       in    this<\/p>\n<p>                   case carry allegation that at their inducement<\/p>\n<p>                   husband of the complainant informant went to<\/p>\n<p>                   Punjab    for    livelihood       along      with   but       never<\/p>\n<p>                   returned.        The     petitioners         in     spite        of<\/p>\n<p>                   assurances to intimate about his whereabouts<\/p>\n<p>                   failed to do so and ultimately refused. There<\/p>\n<p>                   is nothing in the case diary as submitted to<\/p>\n<p>                   support     the        contentions       except      suspicion<\/p>\n<p>                   without any substance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the facts and circumstances<\/p>\n<p>                   of   the     case,        in     the     event      of        their<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          arrest\/surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>          four    weeks    of   receipt     of    the    copy   of     this<\/p>\n<p>          order, petitioners, namely, Jhagru sah, Binod<\/p>\n<p>          Patel, Manoj Sah, Sanoj Sah, Babua Manjhi and<\/p>\n<p>          Chuman Sah, are directed to be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>          on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>          thousand only) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>          like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>          Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah,<\/p>\n<p>          in connection with Gopalpur P.S.
