K.MOHANAN, J.<\/a>\n                         - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                Bail Application No. 3127 of 2008\n                 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Dated this the 16th day of May, 2008.\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are the 2nd and 3rd accused in Crime No. 105\/2008 of<\/p>\n<p>Badiadukka Police Station for offences punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>294(b), 323, 406, 498(a) and 506(part-II) read with Section 34<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.     I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>and the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.     Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioners and the other circumstances of the case, I<\/p>\n<p>am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the<\/p>\n<p>police station concerned to release the petitioners on bail for a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month in the event of their arrest in connection with<\/p>\n<p>the above case on each of them executing a bond for Rs.25,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each<\/p>\n<p>for the like amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and<\/p>\n<p>B.A. No. 3127 OF 2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            1.    Petitioners    shall   report   before    the<br \/>\n            Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.<br \/>\n            on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            2. Petitioners shall make themselves available<br \/>\n            for interrogation as and when required by the<br \/>\n            Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            3.    Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate<br \/>\n            the prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt<br \/>\n            to tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            4.    Petitioners shall not commit any offence<br \/>\n            while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            5.
