No.732 of 2011\n                                        KARU MANJHI\n                                              Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       11.02.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                     learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   It would appear from perusal of the impugned order<\/p>\n<p>                     that bail bonds of the petitioner was cancelled on 12.07.2000 as<\/p>\n<p>                     he did not appear before the court below for framing of charge.<\/p>\n<p>                     Subsequently, the petitioner was declared absconder and he<\/p>\n<p>                     was arrested and remanded in the case on 23.07.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     that the charge has already been framed against the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                     No doubt, the petitioner has misused privilege of bail for more<\/p>\n<p>                     than 10 years but considering the above said circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                     well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner, namely, Karu<\/p>\n<p>                     Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                     of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount each in connection with R.P. F.
