No.20933 of 2010\n                                 RAJA RAM PASWAN\n                                          Versus\n                                   STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    30.6.2010              Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                            The   submission      of    learned      counsel      for<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner is that co-accused Satish Chandra<\/p>\n<p>                 was entrusted for the work for which money was<\/p>\n<p>                 provided but now he has deposited money and has<\/p>\n<p>                 been    allowed    bail    vide       Cr.Misc.No.        15687    of<\/p>\n<p>                 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Since   the    petitioner      is    having      lesser<\/p>\n<p>                 liability, his prayer for anticipatory bail is<\/p>\n<p>                 allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Accordingly, in the event of arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                 surrender    within      one    month    from      the    date   of<\/p>\n<p>                 communication      of    this    order,      the    above      named<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner       shall    be     released          on    bail     on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing       bail     bond    of      Rs.       10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each    to   the   satisfaction         of     Chief     Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                 Magistrate, Nawada in Hisua P.S.
