In present petition, petitioner has challenged<br \/>\n\tresolution No.11 of July 12\/15, 2010 and resolution No.144 passed by<br \/>\n\tSyndicate of July,12\/15,2010 and also communication bearing<br \/>\n\tNo.S(1).8552\/2010 of August 10,2010. Petitioner has also challenged<br \/>\n\torder dated 13.07.2010 written by Vir Narmad South Gujarat<br \/>\n\tUniversity, which was received by petitioner on 19.07.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tlight of aforesaid challenge made in present petition and raising<br \/>\n\tcontentions against respondent &#8211; University, according to my<br \/>\n\topinion, Chancellor  of University have right and power to pass an<br \/>\n\torder for inspection and inquiry under Section 7(3) and (4) of Vir<br \/>\n\tNarmad South Gujarat University, 1965.\n<\/p>\n<p>Therefore,<br \/>\n\twhen higher authority is having a power to examine challenge, made<br \/>\n\tby petitioner let petitioner may approach to Chancellor by making a<br \/>\n\tdetailed representation, raising all the contentions, including<br \/>\n\twhich are raised in present petition, within a period of 15 days<br \/>\n\tfrom the date of receiving a copy of present order.
