JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n\t\t\t\tDate\n: 01\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThis<br \/>\npetition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been<br \/>\nfiled with the following prayers:-\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;(A)\tYour<br \/>\nLordships may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in<br \/>\nnature of mandamus and\/or any other appropriate writ, order or<br \/>\ndirection directing the respondents to issue appointment order to the<br \/>\npetitioner on the post of Junior Assistant Technician<br \/>\n(Production)which belongs to production discipline, forthwith.\n<\/p>\n<p>(B)\tYour<br \/>\nLordship may further be pleased to issue directions to the<br \/>\nrespondents to appoint the petitioner from the date, his juniors have<br \/>\nbeen appointed.\n<\/p>\n<p>(C)\tAny<br \/>\nother and further reliefs may be granted in favour of petitioner by<br \/>\nthis Hon&#8217;ble Court as may be deemed fit, just and proper under the<br \/>\ncircumstances of the case with cost.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tAt<br \/>\nthe very outset, Mr. Manish\tR.
