Sudhir Kumar @ Sudhir, son of Girija Yadav\n                    Both are resident of village Bara, P.S. - Roh, District -\n                  Nawada.\n                                                            ------ Petitioners.\n                                          Versus\n                The State of Bihar                  ----Opposite Party\n                                             ----\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   29.08.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                     and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<\/p>\n<p>                     State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioners, apprehending their arrest<\/p>\n<p>                     in connection with Roah P.S. Case No. 3\/2011,<\/p>\n<p>                     pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                     Nawada, are named accused in this with allegation<\/p>\n<p>                     of demanding some amount prior to shifting of<\/p>\n<p>                     transformer of electric lines.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Submission is that neither any amount<\/p>\n<p>                     was paid nor demanded and also the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                     have clean antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               If it is so, considering the facts and<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances of the case, in the event of their<\/p>\n<p>                     arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, let<\/p>\n<p>                     the above-named petitioners be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand only) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                     Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Roah P.S.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Case No. 3\/2011, subject to condition under section<\/p>\n<p>          438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and<\/p>\n<p>          additional condition to attend the court regularly at<\/p>\n<p>          least for three years or till disposal of the case,<\/p>\n<p>          whichever is earlier and in the event of failure on two<\/p>\n<p>          consecutive     dates,     without   any    reasonable<\/p>\n<p>          explanation, the privilege granted shall be deemed to<\/p>\n<p>          be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Rajeev\/                         ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Rajesh Kumar @ Rajesh &amp; Anr vs The State Of Bihar on 29 August, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.25954 of 2011 1.
