Hence, the following order is passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the same, the learned Additional District Judge, Dhrangadhra<br \/>\nis directed to dispose of Regular Civil Appeal No.49 of 2009 as early<br \/>\nas possible preferably within three months from today in accordance<br \/>\nwith law without being influenced by this order or order passed below<br \/>\napplication Exh.5 by the trial court.
