Basheer, J.\n           --------------------------------------------------------\n                       W.A.No.2147 of 2009\n           --------------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 30th day of September, 2009\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>S.R.Bannurmath, C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Aggrieved by an interim order passed by the learned<\/p>\n<p>Single Judge modifying the earlier order dated 31.8.2009, the<\/p>\n<p>present writ appeal is filed by the petitioner in the writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>           2. Noticing the fact the appellant\/petitioner owes to the<\/p>\n<p>first respondent Bank huge sum nearly to the tune of Rupees<\/p>\n<p>twenty lakhs and inspite of sufficient concession given by the court<\/p>\n<p>including the direction to deposit Rupees two lakhs to show his<\/p>\n<p>bona fides and as the same has not been complied with, the learned<\/p>\n<p>Single Judge rightly took the step of practically vacating the earlier<\/p>\n<p>interim order.\n<\/p>\n<p>           3. We see no illegality or arbitrariness in the order<\/p>\n<p>W.A.No.2147 of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               &#8211; 2 &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>passed by the learned Single Judge.
