Judge-IX, Ranchi to dispose<br \/>\n                   of Money Suit No.01 of 2004 on or before 31st August, 2011. A report<br \/>\n                   has been received from Sub. Judge-IX, Ranchi for extending time for<br \/>\n                   about three weeks.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   2)     From the report submitted by the Sub. Judge-IX, Ranchi and<br \/>\n                   looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, time to dispose of<br \/>\n                   Money Suit No.01 of 2004 is extended and now the same will be<br \/>\n                   disposed of on or before 30th November, 2011. The matter shall be<br \/>\n                   heard on day-to-day basis so that within the stipulated time, the suit<br \/>\n                   may be decided. At the end of every English calendar month, Sub.<br \/>\n                   Judge-IX, Ranchi shall report to this Court about the progress of the<br \/>\n                   aforesaid Money Suit.
