Justice C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :22\/08\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                   C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n                         -------------------------\n                      W.P.(C) No. 13632 of 2005\n                    ---------------------------------\n              Dated, this the 22nd day of August, 2008\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       When the writ petition was admitted, this Court directed<\/p>\n<p>petitioner    to  discharge    liability in  monthly  instalments   of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.15,000\/-.     If petitioner has made payments in terms of the<\/p>\n<p>interim order, then the liability would have been discharged.       If<\/p>\n<p>liability is not settled, petitioner is given freedom to approach the<\/p>\n<p>Bank for settlement of liability. I am sure that if payment is offered<\/p>\n<p>by petitioner within a reasonable time, the Bank will grant<\/p>\n<p>incentives.
