NIMCHAK BATHANI, DIST GAYA.\n                                                   Versus\n                                          THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.     09.07.2010               Counsel for the petitioners states that after this Court passed<\/p>\n<p>                       order dated 26.2.2010 in Cr.Misc. No.46256 of 2009 the informant and<\/p>\n<p>                       her husband have resolved their matrimonial dispute vide compromise<\/p>\n<p>                       petition dated 16.4.2010, Annexure-B.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let petitioners appear in the court below within four weeks<\/p>\n<p>                       from the date of receipt of this order in the court below, whereafter the<\/p>\n<p>                       court below should issue notice to the informant and confirm the fact<\/p>\n<p>                       that matter has been resolved between the informant and her husband<\/p>\n<p>                       vide compromise petition dated 16.4.2010 and if such fact is found<\/p>\n<p>                       correct the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                       bail bonds of Rs.5,000\/-(Five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                       amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in<\/p>\n<p>                       connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No.23 of 2009, subject to<\/p>\n<p>                       the conditions as laid down under Section-438(2) Cr.P.C. and to that<\/p>\n<p>                       extent the order dated 26.2.2010 is modified. Until final order in the<\/p>\n<p>                       light of this order is passed by the court below, no coercive steps be<\/p>\n<p>                       taken against the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Modification application is accordingly, disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let this order be communicated to the court below through<\/p>\n<p>                       fax on payment of usual charges by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>      Rajesh\/                                           (V.N.
