JOSEPH, J.\n\n           ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                W.P.(C) No. 17761 OF 2008 M\n           ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n             Dated this the 13th day of June, 2008\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>          Petitioners challenge Ext.P2 series notices and<\/p>\n<p>seek a direction not to disconnect the power supply to them.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioners, without any information, the<\/p>\n<p>Board has issued Ext.P2 series.                 The petitioners have<\/p>\n<p>submitted Ext.P3 representation before the 3rd respondent,<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Chief Engineer, KSEB, Perumbavoor.                     I heard the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the respondents, who points out that<\/p>\n<p>proper authority to hear the complaint of the petitioners is the<\/p>\n<p>2nd respondent. In such circumstances, following the decision<\/p>\n<p>in WPC.No.16894\/08, this writ petition is disposed of as<\/p>\n<p>follows.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.
