JHAVERI, J.]\t<\/p>\n<p> ORDER<br \/>\nIN CIVIL APPLICATION<\/p>\n<p>\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned counsel Mr. Saiyed waives service of rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tBy<br \/>\nway of interim relief, the impugned judgment and award passed by the<br \/>\nreference Court concerned shall remain stayed pending the final<br \/>\ndisposal of the appeals on condition that the applicant-State<br \/>\ndeposits the awarded amount with the reference Court concerned within<br \/>\na period of three months from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tOn<br \/>\nsuch deposit being made, the original claimants shall be permitted to<br \/>\nwithdraw 50% of the amount outright, for which the reference Court<br \/>\nconcerned shall issue an Account Payee cheque in their favour, after<br \/>\nnecessary verification. For the balance 50% amount, the original<br \/>\nclaimants shall provide necessary bank guarantee and thereafter, they<br \/>\nshall be permitted to withdraw the said amount as well.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith<br \/>\nthe above directions, the applications stand disposed of accordingly.<br \/>\nRule is made absolute to the above extent with no order as to costs.\n<\/p>\n<p>[K.\n<\/p>\n<p>S.
