Thus, learned AGP<br \/>\nis not in a position to explain as to whether the impugned order<br \/>\ndated 09.06.2008 is implemented and if not, why. S.O. to<br \/>\n29.03.2010, at the request of learned AGP who proposed to take<br \/>\nnecessary instructions directly from the Collector concerned or<br \/>\nensure his personal presence in the Court on that date with relevant<br \/>\nrecord. Learned AGP is repeatedly requested not to call any officer<br \/>\nto remain personally present only to state that he has no information<br \/>\nabout the relevant facts related to the case on hand. It is obviously<br \/>\nan inexplicable waste of public resources and time of a public<br \/>\nservant.
