(ORAL)<\/p>\n<p>             Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present<\/p>\n<p>petition has been rendered infructuous as during the pendency of this<\/p>\n<p>petition, the petitioners have already been arrested in this case.<\/p>\n<p>             Learned counsel for the State has filed the reply by way of<\/p>\n<p>affidavit of Tarun Rattan, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-<\/p>\n<p>Division, Abohar, Distt, Ferozepur in the Court today and the same is taken<\/p>\n<p>on record.
