Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                   70 of 2011 registered under section 302, 364 and 201\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner&#8217;s name has been       wrongly figured      in the first<\/p>\n<p>                   information report by the informant Ajnasiya Devi mother of the<\/p>\n<p>                   deceased Raju Sada mere on suspicion as before three days after<\/p>\n<p>                   recovery of the dead body petitioner was said to be accompanied<\/p>\n<p>                   with Raju Sada but no motive has been assigned in the first<\/p>\n<p>                   information report. Learned counsel for the petitioner further<\/p>\n<p>                   submits that during the course of investigation nothing has been<\/p>\n<p>                   said about connecting the chain of the crime and the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                   languishing in jail custody since 3.7.2011<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                   the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000\/(ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                   of like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M, Dalsingsarai<\/p>\n<p>                   in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S.
