Puri, J (Oral)<br \/>\n             By this order I intend to dispose of CRM No. M- 33252 of<br \/>\n2008, titled Ashok Kumar v. State of Punjab and another and CRM No. M-<br \/>\n8322 of 2009, titled <a href=\"\/doc\/1492736\/\">Sonu Kumar v. State of Punjab and<\/a> another as both<br \/>\narise from the same FIR.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Report of the trial Court has been received, in which it is<br \/>\nmentioned that parties have arrived at a compromise .\n<\/p>\n<p>             So, in view of compromise and in view of authority reported as<br \/>\nKulwinder Singh and others v. State of Punjab and others 2007(3) RCR<br \/>\n(Criminal), 1052, FIR No. 399 dated 1.11.2007, Under Sections 406, 379,<br \/>\n506, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Tripri, Patiala stands quashed.<br \/>\nFurther proceedings in pursuant to that also stands quashed.\n<\/p>\n<pre>April 24, 2009                                     ( K.
