\nregardingj”‘tI1V\u00e9%a;\u00a3__po-sses~si_o:fja er the illicit liquor in Plot
\nColony and after visiting the
\nplaee  from the place and<\/p>\n
they chased ‘i\u00e9vere not able to apprehend him.<\/p>\n
._”f31ae;;odV:u*ent to”‘nis”house and seized 35 Ltrs of illicit<\/p>\n
V  each plastic cans totally measuring about<\/p>\n
   In the circumstances, they seized the<\/p>\n
samve\ufb01under a mahazar and registered a complaint<\/p>\n
 ,  the petitioner for the aforesaid offences.<\/p>\n

3. The petitioner submits that he is innocent

5. I have heard the learned Counsel jfo-r the<\/p>\n
petitioner and the learned I-ICGP.<\/p>\n
6. The point that ari_ses,_for <\/p>\n
is “whether the petitioner is”‘1.en:titi*ed <\/p>\n
bail sought for?”\n<\/p>\n
7. As be  i i _ the V stigation
\nreport, it is Apstatedpwltlhaltp  escaped from
\nthe place” of his house
\nplastic  i\u00a7;i\u00a7put’i:j14o liters of illicit liquor
\nvverg “seized. So taking into
\n 140 liters of liquor was<\/p>\n
seiized from house of the petitioner and that he<\/p>\n
i  iiinvolived earlier in such crime reveals prima facie<\/p>\n
 ._ his ir’u_}’o.l._Verr:ent in the crime.<\/p>\n
“_ So far as grant of anticipatory bail is<\/p>\n
 x _coi1cerned, the principles are altogether different from<\/p>\n
 grounds to be considered for the grant of bail under<\/p>\n
