The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had not refuted the said submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the writ petition stands closed, as no further orders are necessary.
