However, it is been stated that the<br \/>\n&#8220;barma&#8221; ceremony is over.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tThe<br \/>\njail record shows that on earlier occasion when he was released on<br \/>\nfurlough, he has surrendered in time.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances, the applicant-convict  is ordered to be<br \/>\nreleased on temporary bail for a period of 10 days from the date of<br \/>\nhis actual release on his  executing a personal bond in the sum of<br \/>\nRs. 5,000\/- before the jail authority and with further direction that<br \/>\nupon expiry of the bail period, he shall surrender to the jail<br \/>\nauthority.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tThe<br \/>\napplication is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
