RAMACHANDRA MENON, J.\n                 -----------------------------------------------\n                        WP(C) No. 11199 of 2010\n                      --------------------------------------\n                Dated, this the 31st day of March, 2010\n\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Challenging Ext.P1 order passed by the first respondent, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has preferred Ext.P2 appeal before the second respondent,<\/p>\n<p>along with the I.A. for stay and they are stated as pending consideration;<\/p>\n<p>despite which Ext.P3 demand notice has been issued by the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent under the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act.<\/p>\n<p>       2.     Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p>       3.     Considering     the   facts    and     circumstances, the  2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on I.A.<\/p>\n<p>for stay filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment. It is made clear that till such orders are passed in the<\/p>\n<p>I.A. for stay as aforesaid, all further coercive proceedings pursuant to<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 shall be kept in abeyance.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>                                        P.
