( Oral )<\/p>\n<p>            In terms of the earlier order dated October 22, 2008, Shri R.K.<\/p>\n<p>Rao, Deputy Commissioner-cum-Registrar, Cooperative Society, U.T.<\/p>\n<p>Chandigarh, is present in the Court and has placed on record his affidavit<\/p>\n<p>dated 21.11.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the<\/p>\n<p>aforesaid affidavit of the Registrar, Cooperative Society, U.T. Chandigarh,<\/p>\n<p>this petition has become infructuous. However, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>respondent No. 4 Society states that in terms of the affidavit dated<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> CWP No. 5755 of 2007                                                   -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>24.11.2008 of the Administrators on behalf of respondent No.4, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners are required to furnish indemnity bonds and after the same are<\/p>\n<p>furnished, immediately thereafter, possession will be delivered to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners.
