Bimal, Advocate<br \/>\n                For the State       : Mr. M.I.H.Rahmani, Advocate (CGC)<\/p>\n<p>4   27.9.2010                 Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner is an accused in a case under sections<\/p>\n<p>                14 and 20 of the N.D.P.S. Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged that 30 Kgs of Ganja and 2 \u00bd Kgs of<\/p>\n<p>                Bhang were recovered from the Bathan (cow shed) of the<\/p>\n<p>                petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing<\/p>\n<p>                has been recovered form the conscious possession of the<\/p>\n<p>                petitioner. He further submits that the place from where the<\/p>\n<p>                alleged Ganja and Bhang has been recovered is owned by one<\/p>\n<p>                Laldhari Singh and the said place does not belong to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                The petitioner is in custody since 7.3.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                the petitioner Ashok Rai is directed to be released on bail in<\/p>\n<p>                connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.
