No.10498 of 2011\n            RAJESH SHRIVASTAVA SON OF SRI SADANLAL SRIVASTAVA.\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   21.04.2011                Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The   petitioner   being   the   husband    is<\/p>\n<p>                 apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which<\/p>\n<p>                 cognizance has been taken under Sections 498A and<\/p>\n<p>                 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Dowry<\/p>\n<p>                 Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner that the marriage was performed in the year<\/p>\n<p>                 2006 when the divorce case was filed in the year 2008<\/p>\n<p>                 and four months thereafter, the present complaint has<\/p>\n<p>                 been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 1,000\/- per<\/p>\n<p>                 month to the complainant from May, 2001 by second<\/p>\n<p>                 week of every month by depositing the same in the<\/p>\n<p>                 account of the complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner will supply the copy of this<\/p>\n<p>                 order to the complainant when the complainant will<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             supply the bank account number to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>             within a period of two weeks.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above<\/p>\n<p>             named petitioner, be released on anticipatory bail, in<\/p>\n<p>             the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned<\/p>\n<p>             Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,<\/p>\n<p>             on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>             with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>             satisfaction of the learned sub-divisional Judicial<\/p>\n<p>             Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case<\/p>\n<p>             No. 1558\/2008, subject to the conditions as laid down<\/p>\n<p>             under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.)<br \/>\nAmrendra\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Rajesh Shrivastava vs The State Of Bihar on 21 April, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
