NO. 808 OF 2009\n             = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n        Dated this the 11th day of March, 2009.\n\n                          O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This petition is filed to direct the 4th respondent to<\/p>\n<p>conduct proper investigation in Annexure A1 complaint<\/p>\n<p>forwarded by the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court,<\/p>\n<p>Chengannur and to direct the 2nd respondent to monitor the<\/p>\n<p>investigation and to direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere<\/p>\n<p>with the investigation. The person who is investigating the<\/p>\n<p>case is the Sub Inspector of Police who is arrayed as the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent.     He is free to investigate the matter in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law without the interference from anybody.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore I direct the 4th respondent to conduct a free and<\/p>\n<p>fair investigation in the matter uninfluenced by any of his<\/p>\n<p>superior officers.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The Crl.M.C. is disposed of accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>                            M.N.
