SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                  -----------------------------------\n                      W.P.(C) No.1363 OF 2011\n                ---------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 14th day of January, 2011\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is an Ayurveda Medical Officer in the Department<\/p>\n<p>of Indian Systems of Medicine of the Government of Kerala.      He has<\/p>\n<p>been working in the Wayanad district continuously for the past 13<\/p>\n<p>years. His wife is also an Ayurveda Medical Officer, who was working<\/p>\n<p>for the last 13 years in Wayanad district and has been recently posted<\/p>\n<p>to Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Tripunithura.             The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner seeks a transfer to Ernakulam district. Seeking this relief,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has filed Ext.P3 representation before the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3<\/p>\n<p>as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an<\/p>\n<p>opportunity of being head to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          S.
