P (C) No. 6288 of 2008\n              =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                   Dated this, the 27th May, 2008.\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is an association representing private candidates who<\/p>\n<p>were allegedly denied primary education on account of poverty. They<\/p>\n<p>are seeking a direction to the respondents to permit them to write<\/p>\n<p>S.S.L.C Examination on the basis of old scheme. Seeking this relief,<\/p>\n<p>they have filed Ext. P4 representation before the 1st respondent . The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext. P4 expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.  I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on Ext. P4 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within<\/p>\n<p>three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner shall forward a certified copy of this judgment<\/p>\n<p>along with a copy of the writ petition to the 1st respondent for<\/p>\n<p>compliance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          S.
