Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :10\/11\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                                S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                       ==================\n\n                        W.P.(C).No.36932 of 2003\n\n                       ==================\n\n              Dated this the 10th day of November, 2010\n\n                                J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this writ petition I passed the following order on 30.9.2010,<\/p>\n<p>which is self-explanatory.\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>     &#8220;Since the petitioner is appearing as party in person, the Registry shall<br \/>\n     inform the petitioner that the writ petition is posted for hearing to<br \/>\n     18.10.10, and if he so wishes, he may argue the case on that day.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            Post on 18.10.10 (Hearing list).&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>     On 18.10.2010, since notice was not yet issued, I directed the<\/p>\n<p>Registry to issue notice to the party informing about the date of<\/p>\n<p>posting. Pursuant thereto, notice issued to the petitioner, who is<\/p>\n<p>appearing as party-in-person, was returned with the endorsement<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;unclaimed&#8221;. That shows that despite intimation being given from the<\/p>\n<p>post office to the petitioner, he refused to take delivery of the same.
