Pleader for the applicants, Mr SP<br \/>\nMajmudar, learned advocate for opponent no.1 and Mr JD Ajmera,<br \/>\nlearned advocate for opponent no.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn view<br \/>\nof the submissions canvassed by the learned advocates of both the<br \/>\nsides, the State is ready to deposit the amount as per the direction<br \/>\ngiven by this Court.
