Heard       learned     counsels        for      the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner being the husband is<\/p>\n<p>                   apprehending his arrest in a case registered<\/p>\n<p>                   under Section 498(A) of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                               It appears from the impugned order<\/p>\n<p>                   that    the      complainant       appeared       before     the<\/p>\n<p>                   learned court below and refused to resume<\/p>\n<p>                   the conjugal life.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               In    that    view     of   the      matter,     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner i.e., the husband is willing to<\/p>\n<p>                   pay Rs.500\/-(Five Hundred) per month to the<\/p>\n<p>                   complainant by depositing the same in the<\/p>\n<p>                   account     of    the    complainant        by    the   second<\/p>\n<p>                   week of every month from April, 2011. The<\/p>\n<p>                   complainant will supply the account number<\/p>\n<p>                   to    the   petitioner      within      a   period      of   two<\/p>\n<p>                   weeks from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering      the    aforesaid       stand     of<\/p>\n<p>                   the    petitioner,        let     the   petitioner        above<\/p>\n<p>                   named be released on bail in the event of<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest or surrender before the learned court<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        below within a period of twelve weeks from<\/p>\n<p>        today in connection with complaint case no.<\/p>\n<p>        114(C) of 2010    on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>        Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>        of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>        of the learned S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura, subject<\/p>\n<p>        to the conditions as laid down under Section<\/p>\n<p>        438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<pre>U.
