The learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the petitioners invited attention of the Court to the<br \/>\njudgment and order dated 29th October 2010 passed by this<br \/>\nCourt, wherein, Para 7(C) reads as under:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The<br \/>\naforesaid exercise be undertaken within a period of two months from<br \/>\ntoday.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tThe<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the petitioners states that no such exercise is<br \/>\nknown to them to have been undertaken.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tNotice<br \/>\nreturnable on 24th January 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.1\tThe<br \/>\nrespondent shall come with the explanation for having not undertaken<br \/>\nthe exercise directed by this Court to be undertaken   within the<br \/>\nstipulated time, so that, if required, necessary action under the<br \/>\nprovisions of the Contempt of Courts Act can be taken.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.2\tDirect<br \/>\nservice is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
