NO. 17489 OF 2004\n\n                   ---------------------------------------\n\n                 Dated this the 5th day of July, 2007.\n\n\n                                 J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner   approached   this   Court   with   certain   grievances<\/p>\n<p>pertaining to Exhibit P6 order granting recognition to an unaided<\/p>\n<p>school.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     Learned   Government   Pleader   submits   that   this   school<\/p>\n<p>has   been   functioning   since   1995.     It   is   seen   from   the   counter<\/p>\n<p>affidavit   that   Exhibit   P6   has   been   passed   pursuant   to   the<\/p>\n<p>direction   of   this   Court   in   Exhibit   P3.     It   is   also   stated   in   the<\/p>\n<p>counter   affidavit   that   L.P.   and   U.P.   sections   have   been<\/p>\n<p>functioning in the school ever since 1995.<\/p>\n<p>       In view also of the efflux of time, it is not necessary to go<\/p>\n<p>into   the   various   contentions   taken   by   the   petitioner.
