No.1677 of 2011\n                 RAMANAND YADAV SON OF SRI AJAB LAL YADAV\n                 RESIDENT OF VILLAGE KHARUI, POLICE STATION\n                 SANGRAMPUR, DISTRICT MUNGER. ----------PETITIONER\n                                           Versus\n                 THE STATE OF BIHAR           -------------OPPOSITE PARTY\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   14.02.2011                Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                    State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                    complaint case in which cognizance has been taken under<\/p>\n<p>                    Sections 420, 427 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged that the co-accused took advance for<\/p>\n<p>                    selling the land but ultimately the sale deed was not executed.<\/p>\n<p>                              Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                    final form was submitted finding accusation false due to lack<\/p>\n<p>                    of evidence but the protest cognizance was taken.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the nature of accusation and the fact<\/p>\n<p>                    that the police find the accusation true, let the petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                    released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>                    learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from<\/p>\n<p>                    today in Connection with Complaint Case No. 721(C) of 2004<\/p>\n<p>                    on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri<\/p>\n<p>             C.B.
