The grievance of the petitioner is that the authorities<br \/>\nwhile widening the existing road of Godhra &#8211; Bamroli, they are<br \/>\nwidening it only on one side and not on the other side and by that,<br \/>\nthe petitioner&#8217;s property is adversely affected.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\ndocument which is produced by the petitioner at Annexure-D, copy of<br \/>\nthe document received under the Right to Information Act,<br \/>\nspecifically mentions that the road is being widened from the center<br \/>\npoint of the existing road. In view of that, the question involved in<br \/>\nthe matter is that of disputed facts.
