Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The      petitioners          are      apprehending<\/p>\n<p>                   their    arrest      in    a    case    registered         under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 341, 323, 504, 307 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                   Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                             It    is    submitted         by      the     learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the petitioners that both sides<\/p>\n<p>                   are     agnates.     The       specific        allegation     of<\/p>\n<p>                   causing     fire     arm       injury     is     against     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner Uday Singh and there is counter<\/p>\n<p>                   version of the occurrence also.<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the     petitioner,        Indrajeet           Kumar,      above<\/p>\n<p>                   named, of Cr. Misc. No. 16906 of 2011                         be<\/p>\n<p>                   released on bail in the event of arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                   surrender      before      the    learned        court     below<\/p>\n<p>                   within a period of twelve weeks from today<\/p>\n<p>                   in    connection      with       Didarganj        P.S.      Case<\/p>\n<p>                   No.188 of 2010 on furnishing bail bond of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>        of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>        of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, subject<\/p>\n<p>        to the conditions as laid down under Section<\/p>\n<p>        438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<p>                     The   bail       application         of    petitioner<\/p>\n<p>        Uday    Singh      above       named        be    considered          on<\/p>\n<p>        receipt of case diary.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     Call for the clear carbon copy of<\/p>\n<p>        the case diary of Didarganj P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>        188 of 2010 from the court of the learned<\/p>\n<p>        A.C.J.M., Patna City, and put up this case<\/p>\n<p>        after receipt of the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     Let    no       coercive           steps     be        taken<\/p>\n<p>        against petitioner Uday Singh in Cr.
