Hence, preserving all<\/p>\n<p>other contentions, this writ petition is ordered directing that<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P5 will be taken up, considered and disposed of by the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent within an outer limit of two months from the date<\/p>\n<p>of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>                                THOTTATHIL B.
