Angad Rai\n                                               Versus\n                                         STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      12.07.2010             In view of the order dated 27.05.2010, the<\/p>\n<p>                     application of petitioner no.1 has already been dismissed<\/p>\n<p>                     as withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no. 2<\/p>\n<p>                     and learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               For the incident of the same day, there is case<\/p>\n<p>                     and counter case in between the parties. Offence under<\/p>\n<p>                     Section 379 of the I.P.C. is said super addition and for the<\/p>\n<p>                     offence under section 307 of the I.P.C., it is said that the<\/p>\n<p>                     injury found is of simple nature caused by hard and blunt<\/p>\n<p>                     substance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                     case, prayer of the petitioner no.2 is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                               In the event of arrest or surrender within one<\/p>\n<p>                     month from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>                     this order in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 66<\/p>\n<p>                     of 2010, above named petitioner no.2 shall be released on<\/p>\n<p>                     bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of C.J.M., Buxar subject to the conditions as<\/p>\n<p>                     laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
