2.   15.10.2011.              Heard      learned        counsels       for     the<\/p>\n
                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n
                              The   petitioner         is    apprehending his<\/p>\n
                   arrest in a case registered under Sections<\/p>\n
                   342, 385, 386, 452\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n
                   Code.\n<\/p>\n
                              It    is   alleged    that       the    petitioner<\/p>\n
                   demanded extortion and snatched Rs. 30,000.<\/p>\n
                              It is submitted by learned counsel<\/p>\n
                   for the petitioner that the petitioner is a<\/p>\n
                   social      worker     and     is        consumer     of    the<\/p>\n
                   informant who runs a L.P.G. gas dealer. It<\/p>\n
                   is     further     submitted        that    the     informant<\/p>\n
                   retracted from his initial version and has<\/p>\n
                   filed a petition to that effect before the<\/p>\n
                   learned     court     below     which       is    brought    on<\/p>\n
                   record as Annexure-2.\n<\/p>\n
                              Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n
                   the petitioner, above named, be released on<\/p>\n
                   bail in the event of             arrest or          surrender<\/p>\n
                   before     the    learned     court        below    within    a<\/p>\n
                   period      of    twelve      weeks        from     today    in<\/p>\n
                   connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 75
\n                          2<\/span><\/p>\n
        of   2011   on       furnishing   bail     bond        of<\/p>\n
        Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n
        of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n
        of the learned C.J.M. Gaya, subject to the<\/p>\n
        conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)<\/p>\n
        of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n
