Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-III at Patna vide<\/p>\n<p>                        Sessions Trial No.110 of 2006\/ 74 of 2007. Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                        remained in custody since 10.8.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be<\/p>\n<p>                        released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                        thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                        satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in<\/p>\n<p>                        connection with Masaurhi P. S. Case No.05 of 2004, G.R.<\/p>\n<p>                        No.15 of 2004, S.T.
