petitioner for non-agricultural purpose and it was a<\/p>\n

\nland was leased  purpose and
\nground rent  per annum. The

\nfor  and therefore, the order
\npassed 30.11.2005 setting aside<\/p>\n

  dismissing the application filed by<\/p>\n

that the appellant filed an application before the<\/p>\n
