     This writ petition is of the year 2004. The petitioner has<\/p>\n
approached this Court seeking a direction for disposal of Ext.P2<\/p>\n
representation. However, Govt. Pleader on instruction submits that<\/p>\n
at this length of time it may not be even possible to trace out<\/p>\n
Ext.P2 representation.\n<\/p>\n
     2. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed<\/p>\n
of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation<\/p>\n
within a period of two weeks from today, if he has any subsisting<\/p>\n
grievance. If such a representation is submitted, the same shall be<\/p>\n
considered and disposed of expeditiously.<\/p>\n
